- 30-Day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- The products must be returned in new condition with all original product packaging.
- The Buyer is responsible for packaging the returned product(s) in a manner that will allow for safe return of the product(s). The Buyer is also responsible for shipping the product to Driver Industrial Safety along with the expense in shipping.
- 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns and buyer is also responsible for original shipping charges.
- The returned items will be inspected to ensure that all of the above criteria have been met. If the criteria are met, the Return Goods Authorization will be approved.
- Driver Industrial Safety will not be held liable for losses or damages during shipping.
- Driver Industrial Safety will not be held liable for any fees, including taxes, import or/or export fees.
- If the products are not approved for refund the customer will be notified of the outcome and the customer will need to decide if they want the products returned to them at the Buyers expense or destroyed and disposed of.
